Room 101 - This is a large bay fronted room on the first floor overlooking Lord Street.  It has a double bed and a single bed. It also has a 32” Sony LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, fridge, iron and ironing board.   It also has an interconnecting door to Room 102.

Room 102 - This is a beautiful room with a double bed. It also has a LCD TV with freeview and DVD player, fridge, iron and ironing board.

Room 103. This is a very large room with a double and single bed.  Because it is at the back it is a bit quieter than the rooms at the front.  It has a 28” Sony LCD colour TV, DVD Player, freeview, fridge, iron and ironing board.   

Room 201.  The is a large bedroom at the front of the building.  It has a large king sized bed.  It also has a flat screen 28” TV, DVD player and freeview.  It has an interconnecting door to Room 202.    This is a smoking room.

Room 202.  This is a great room with a double bed. It also has an LCD colour TV with Freeview and DVD Player, iron / ironing board and fridge.   This is a smoking room.

Room 203.  This is a very large room with a double and a single bed.  It has a 28” Sony LCD TV, freeview, DVD Player, fridge, iron and ironing board.  As with 103 it is a bit quieter being at the back.  This is a smoking room.

Room 301.  This is an enormous room that gets booked up very quickly with a king sized bed plus a single bed.  It has panoramic views over Blackpool.  It has a 28” flat screen TV, freeview and DVD player plus iron and ironing board and fridge.  This is a smoking room.
