Our Terms and Conditions

Reservations:
You may make reservations up to one year in advance.  To secure a booking, a non-returnable deposit is payable for the first night's stay. We wil inform you of the amount at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by cheque, or by credit/debit card. Cheques must reach the hotel at least five (5) working days before you are due to arrive and cannot be used for payment once you arrive.

Arrival:
Any balance due on the reservation must be paid on arrival, unless otherwise agreed with us.  The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the reservation.  Payments at the hotel are by cash or credit/debit card only.

Cancellation:
If you cancel a booking or part of a booking more than seven (7) days prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit.  If you cancel within seven (7) days of arrival, we reserve the right to claim payment of the full amount (less a sum for breakfast/service) of the original booking.  Any refund due will be paid back to the credit/debit card used to make the booking. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount (less a sum for breakfast/service) of the original booking, unless agreed with the owners. You may wish to consider taking out cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.

Non-Arrival of Guests:
Should you have booked a room(s) and paid a deposit and fail to arrive at the hotel, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card the remainder of the full amount that would have become due should you have arrived and fulfilled your booking.

Arrival and Departure:
Rooms are available from 2.00pm, although earlier arrival may be possible with our agreement.  You are therefore asked to inform the hotel of your arrival time, if possible.  Check out on the day of depature is at 11.00am, but luggage may usually be left in the breakfast room if you are staying in Blackpool for the day.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of, or damage to your luggage.

Hotel Property:
We will charge your credit/debit card the full cost of relpacing or repairing any hotel property you (or any member of your party) lose or damage, however the damage is caused.  If you notice any damage or missing items in your room, you must inform us immediately.  Lost or mislaid keys will be charged at £20 per set.

Smoking Policy:
All rooms are non-smoking, therefore smoking is not permitted inside the property, including inside bedrooms or bathrooms. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave and will be charged an additional two days' tariff, as we are not allowed to re-let the room for a further forty-eight (48) hours.  

Payment:
You must pay any additional money owing to the hotel before departure.  If you fail to do so, we will take any action necessary to recover the money due, including any legal costs.  If necessary, we reserve the right to use your credit/debit card without further request.
